01What is the difference between C2 Carbon and C2 Ceramic?+
C2 Carbon is our clean, dependable entry option for privacy, appearance, and everyday protection. C2 Ceramic is the premium choice for stronger heat control, comfort, optical clarity, and long-term performance. We will help you choose based on how you use the vehicle—not just the darkest option.
02How dark can I legally tint my vehicle?+
Legal limits depend on the window, vehicle, factory glass, and any valid exemption. Film and factory glass work together to determine final VLT, so POCO verifies the current North Carolina requirements before installation. A shade request is not automatic legal approval.
03How long will the installation take?+
Timing depends on the vehicle, number of windows, access, and whether old film must be removed. We will give you an expected time window when we confirm your appointment.
04Can you remove old or damaged tint?+
Yes. Existing film and adhesive removal can be added to your request. We inspect the glass and rear defroster first, then confirm the scope and price before work begins.
05Do you offer mobile service?+
Mobile service can be requested and is approved based on location, weather, workspace cleanliness, power access, and the installation being performed. Shop installation may be recommended when it gives the best finish.
06Is my appointment booked when I submit the form?+
The form sends a preferred appointment request. POCO will verify the vehicle, service, pricing, time, and deposit details with you before the appointment is confirmed.
